Our room was completely updated and very nice. There was a fully stocked kitchenette. I'll admit I was a little worried at first because the lobby was very out dated and a little musty. In the room everything was clean. The hotel is about a 5 minute drive outside of town by the country club. The kids got a big kick out of having an actual room key. Great pricing too.

I booked a single room for two nights. The manager was nice enough to put me in recently updated double room.Everything was new from appliances, furnitures to the bathroom. The queen beds are nice , clean and comfy. The WiFi signals are weak in the room. The motel is about 5 mins from the town and the museum.

Musty and functionally obsolete

First thing you notice is the strong musty smell. The bed is extremely small. The chairs in the room have lots of spots on them and should be reupholstered. The bathroom needs to be recaulked. There is no coffee pot (no breakfast but for the price you wouldn't expect it) and no refrigerator. The TV is really small and the volume buttons on the remote do not control the TV volume. The TV must be on Channel 3 to use the cable but was on 13 when I first got there. The wifi shows full bars, but when you connect it immediately drops down to 1 and you cannot connect to the internet and no websites will load. The sink has visible cracks in it (it's a plastic sink). The toilet paper dispenser is rusted. The toilet itself was new. The tub needs to be re-caulked, it's all cracked up and nasty looking. The bathroom floor tile needs bleach and then needs to be re-grouted The lights in the room have rust on them. There are cobwebs and spider webs in the room. The drapes pull closed by hand only. I did not use the heating or cooling. There is visible dirt on the TV stand. There are 2 outlets and all plugs are being used. I had to unplug one of the wall lights to use an outlet. There is daylight showing under the door and I heard animals at night scraping to get in. It did not rain when I was there, but if it had, I'm sure water would have come in under the door, which may be the cause of the musty smell. It was quiet except on Saturday, the family in the house on the property had a gathering in their yard and were noisy, but I wasn't there most of the evening.

Had a very late Check in the women at the desk was very helpful..Rooms are out dates but clean grounds are kept up they need to have new tv. And get a ice machine.could also have a vending machine of some sort..

I checked my bed before going to sleep. There was a flea on my leg. Today I have multiple bites on both legs, arms and trunk. I needed a room for one night and this was the last available room in town. I would never recommend this motel to anyone.
